The vehicle tracking system can track buses anytime by anyone, ensuring the safety and security of the children.
It is well managed by the Transport In-charge and his team of trained personnel.
It is an optional service for those in need or commuting from far-off distances. Transport charges are not part of the fees and are applicable as per the school norms. Separate rules with proper guidelines will be informed at the time of the admission process. All the safety papers of the buses are in place, and they have been declared safe for operation.
School Bus Travel Rules:
- Students can avail the school transport arrangements subject to the availability of seats, and the nearest boarding point within 500 meters will be assigned by the school.
- Transport facilities are provided for the convenience of the students, although it is not an obligatory service of the school.
- It will be appreciated if the facility once opted is continued throughout the year.
- In case of any change, application for school transport, transport cancellation, change of bus stop, etc., should be submitted to the Principal one month in advance.
- Students traveling by the school bus should compulsorily be in proper school uniform and must carry their ID card along with them.
- Students using the school bus facility are expected to be at the bus stop at least 10 minutes before the arrival of the bus.
- Students are not permitted to travel by any other bus except the one allotted to them.
- Each student is expected to board or alight from the school bus only at their allocated bus stop.
- Parents of students are not permitted to travel in the school bus under any circumstances.
- Parents are advised to ensure that children are escorted to and from the bus at their respective bus stops on time for safety.
- Children should stay away from the main road until the bus arrives.
- The list of bus stops is prepared keeping in view the convenience and safety of all bus commuters and is subject to change.
- The drivers are authorized to stop only at designated stops unless otherwise directed by the bus teacher in charge.
- Students are expected to behave in a disciplined manner. Bus facility will be canceled for those who are found guilty of damaging any bus fittings or behaving in a disorderly manner.
- Misbehavior on the bus will be dealt with seriously by the school authorities.
